Julie, I am very sorry you have to go through all this too. The 14 th will come and go to everyone else in the world but not you. On the one year mark for me I played hookey and didn't go to work. I drove five hours north to my wife's grave and brought her a cup of coffee and a Snickers Bar. I always brought her a Snickers. She was a Snickers nut!! I sat there in the cold and quietly drank coffee with my wife and watched the sun come up. I talked a bit to her. What a year, what a year its been. I spent about an hour there, left her a rose and then I drove home. Julie, on the way home I felt a little better. Not much,,but a little better. I thought to myself I will survive this. I miss you baby oh God do I miss you. But I did feel a little better..and one other thing.......I ate the Snickers. You will be in my prayers this Thursday.
