Please don't do anything. I felt the same way, and if I had gotten to the hospital 15 minutes later, they said I would have died.
It's been three years since my husband died. We were married 17 years and he was my whole life. Nothing anyone says to you can really help right now, but there are other people who are hurting, too, and understand how you feel at least a little. It is hard to think about anything but your pain, I know, but it will help to talk to us.
