I know all too well that the VCR programming was "his" job. Where do you live? Why don't you try and start a group for younger widows/widowers like yourself. There was recently an article in Parade magazine ( the sunday supplement) that talks about a woman who started a group that has been very successful. Maybe a local hosptice organization would help you get started. Support groups with others your age really helps.
