Thank you for your reply. Its hard to believe that others have been through similar as me, its easy to think you are the only one isn't it.
I was so sorry to hear what had happened to you. I was lucky that I did not witness the accident and have been protected from the details ever since, i can't imagine having to deal with that memory on top of everything else.
I feel quite positive at the moment, but that never lasts long.
