Dear Bryan,
I read your note, and feel just so so badly for you.

I am very new at this. My husband died suddenly and quite unexpectedly while away on a business trip; the week preceeding Easter. Tom was just 40 years old. I am left with 3 children ages 5, 8 and 10. I think I have some idea of how badly you must feel.

Please know that you are not alone. It doesn't fix anything; but there are others out here that are hurting just like you. You need to deal with your pain though, of that I am sure...sweeping it under the rug, or jumping from the fire into the frying pan won't fix anything.

Talking seems to help, as long as it's the right person...someone you are comfortable with and trust; or perhaps a counsellor. Just venting can be theraputic.

Well, I know that my note is basically meaningless; but I had to respond. Please try to be with friends or just talk with someone at this website; maybe it will help just a tiny bit.

Good Luck and God Bless,
DF
