Dear Bryan,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. It has been two years (May 27th) since my husband died. He died the day before his 30th birthday. I was 26, now 28, and I have two children. My son is going to be 4 next month and my daughter is 6.
Though some time has passed, the pain remains the same. I feel it less often but there are times it absolutley consumes me and I too feel overwhelmed and lost.
It's not easy to cope with such tremendous pain, but if there is anything I can do to help support you through your pain, please email me.
