I just turned 39 and I too lost my husband 3 months ago to lung cancer. Someone told me that I would be o.k. for the first 3 months, after that the loneliness, heartache, and reality would set in. They were right. It is extremely difficult to be alone at such a young age. I had so looked forward to retiring with my husband. We had such a bright future ahead of us. I'm not sure what we are suppose to do now except to put our faith in God and know that he has a great plan for each of us.
