I understand what you are going through. I lost my wife last December and I have been numb for the past 10 months. With the holidays coming I am having a very tough time dealing with it. I to have family who want to be there but I do not feel that I can talk to them. I feel like I bring them down or that they just really can't relate. I often find myself stayin up at night remembering all of the little things me and Melissa used to do in the middle of the night. She was always there. I feel your pain and I wish I could give you some great advise to help.
