We are fallen, we will never be able to attain the level of perfection that Jesus Christ did. All we can do is to ask forgivness for being...sinners. I too have taken roads that have done nothing but tormented me, thankfully we have all been given a mesure of Grace... to Not accept this is where we fail... to accept the grace and forgivness of our Father, that is true repentance...
