I lost my wife of 26 years to suicide! Words can not express how I have felt raising my two daughters alone. I ran into an old college friend of mine 3 months ago and he gave me his workout video. I had no desire to do anything so I handed it right back to him. He said something to me that shocked me out of my self pity! " Rick stop feeling sorry for yourself. Life is but a moment in time. Enjoy every moment. Hug your daughters and start living again. You can not change the past but you can change the direction you are going in right now. Wake up your mind and body with exercise!
