Hi Connie,
I lost my husband suddenly two years ago. I have two sons grown and on their own.
and one son, 17, at home yet. I have worked so hard to keep busy,
and have tried to find a way to go on, it is hard, and to some extent my job, my classes, my involvement in
as a coping facilitator, has helped. I read as much as possible trying to understand the new meaning that
I should be finding in my new life. It is very hard. Somedays are better than others. But, in the struggle, in
the day to day effort, I do notice changes, ever so small, ever so evident, but nevertheless, they are changes in the
way I seem to view life. Differently than I could have ever imagined. Trust yourself, Believe in yourself. You are okay
and you will be okay. You will be different, but you will be okay. Bless you.
